Danielle started her career teaching in 1990 and became an autism consultant in 2000 with Whitehead and Associates. She has been a board certified behavior analyst since 2008. Danielle is a Wash. Licensed Behavior Analyst, holds Certified Counselor credential and a Wash. State Teaching certificate.
Danielle created SEBA in 2014 with the intention to provide compassionate ABA while also meeting the new standards in Washington state. Danielle loves that SEBA thrives as a small clinic that focuses on creating close relationships with its clients and their families and a strong commitment to the well-being of it's cherished employees. She credits her years spent with her mentor, Dr. John Whitehead, as being foundational and forever changing her outlook on how she serves clients and their families.
Taylor has supported people with disabilities for the past 16 years. She has worked at SEBA since 2015 and has been in her role as a Program Manager, BCBA for the past 5 years.
Taylor enjoys celebrating the small wins for clients and seeing their independence grow. She loves working closely with families and joining in an impromptu dance party and play session at a moment's notice. Taylor appreciates the compassion and understanding that SEBA leads with in our interactions with families.
When not working Taylor is a Puzzler and loves spending time at thrift stores and snuggling with her dogs.
Jennifer has been in the field of special education and working with folks with disabilities for over 17 years. She has a background in early childhood education and fine arts. She started working at SEBA in 2012 and is grateful for the culture at SEBA that emphasizes support for families and client autonomy.
When not working you can find Jenn spending time with her husband, two kids, three cats and two dogs. She loves exploring the outdoors, crafting and live music.
Destiny has worked in the field of ABA for two years and has a background in public health. She began working with SEBA in 2022 enjoys the ways in which the company culture fosters respect and a genuine sense of caring for clients as people; rather than just a job.
Outside of work, Destiny is pursuing a master’s degree in public health and enjoys reading or going on walks with her cats.
Megan has worked in ABA for 3 years. She has a background in psychology and is currently pursuing a masters degree in counseling psychology. Her favorite thing about working at SEBA is the emphasis on building life skills and exploring the client’s unique interests in order for our clients to have well-rounded and fulfilling lives.
In her free time, Megan loves running, knitting, and cozying up with a good book.
Whitney has been working as a Behavior Technician for the past 5 years. She enjoys the energy that different clients bring, and this work makes you reflect on who you are as a person. Whitney is currently finishing her Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling.
Whitney appreciates that SEBA is client forward verses ABA forward company. She feels that SEBA supports the human and not the diagnosis.
Isabel began her journey as a behavior technician in 2019. She’s had the joy of working with different age groups, ranging from pre-k to adult. She has experience working in school, community and home environments. Isabel’s favorite parts of her job is truly getting to know the people she works with and supporting them with exercising their own autonomy. Prior to this, she worked in early childcare and caregiving. She has been with SEBA happily since 2021. There are many things Isabel loves about SEBA but her favorite is the prioritization of compassion and of meeting families and their loved ones where they are.
When not working, Isabel enjoys burrowing into a good book, playing video games, going on new adventures, and spending time with her favorite people.
Annie is a registered behavior technician with six years of experience and a background in social services. She is dedicated to supporting clients with their mode of communication and advocating for themselves. In her free time, she enjoys playing Stardew Valley, watching movies, collecting miniatures, crafting, thrifting, and hanging out with her bunnies and guinea pig. Annie is currently pursuing her dream of becoming an SLP.
Sam is currently in her 9th year teaching Special Education for Seattle Public Schools. She has been a Certified Behavior Techincian for the past 3 years. Sam is proud to work at SEBA because the company truly values and apprecates its clients, taking a natural and compassionate approach to ABA therapy. Outside of work Sam enjoys coaching basketball, running, coloring and spending quality time with friends and family.
Kirk has been in the field; working with adults and children with disabilities for the past 30 years. He also works for Seattle Public Schools and has a passion for clients reaching more independence in their lives.
Kirk is also an accomplished musician; you can often catch him playing around town either solo or in a local bluegrass band. He loves spending time with his family and being outdoors.
Tony has a background in Occupational Therapy abroad and has been a Behavior Technician for the past year. He loves to see our client groups and reach their goals each day.
He is a cat dad and loves to watch movies and play games.
Gabe is currently pursuing his Undergraduate degree in Biology with a Minor in Psychology. He is new to the role of Behavior Technician but has worked in the field supporting folks with disabilities since his days in high school.
Gabe enjoys having fun with his clients and finding what brings them joy.
